  • Descriptions: We make reasonable efforts to display accurate colors, sizes, and descriptions. However, actual appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings or manufacturing variations.
  • Limited Warranty: Our jewelry is designed to be tarnish-resistant and water-safe under normal use. We offer a 365-day color warranty against excessive tarnishing (subject to proper care—see care instructions). This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, chemicals, extreme wear, or loss. Proof of purchase is required for claims.
  • "As Is" Disclaimer: Except as expressly stated in our policies or required by law, all products and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

5. Intellectual Property
