If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a refund under the following conditions:
- Return window: Please send your return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Customer provides return shipping
- Condition: Jewelry must be unworn and unused, with tags attached (for rings), and returned in its original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Gifts: Free mystery gifts included with your order cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Email us at support@necklacestyle.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will get back to you within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and the return address.
- Please purchase and cover the cost of your return shipping using your preferred carrier.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund for the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable).
- Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear back in your account after approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to love every piece you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
